by Janet Biehl Burlington celebrates its Sister City tie with its Honfleur, France and maintains ties of friendship between the Burlington-Honfleur Sister Cities Committee and Honfleur’s Comité de Jumelages. But Honfleur is no longer Burlington's only Francophone Sister city. Since 2008 the Vermont National Guard has partnered with Sengal as part of its U.S. State Partnership Program.
